Growth continues for Magnet 360, Minneapolis-based salesforce.com partner, as the company today announces its acquisition of American Data Company (ADC) of Los Angeles. With this latest acquisition, Magnet 360 further establishes its West Coast presence and adds substantial experience to its professional services roster.

Founded in 2003, ADC is a Cloud Computing and technology services firm with a rich history of delivering digital marketing solutions for brands such as ebay, Live Nation, and Starwood Vacation Ownership. A strategic partner to both salesforce.com and ExactTarget (now a salesforce.com brand), ADC has deep technical knowledge across Salesforce clouds, has posted several award-winning solutions to the Salesforce AppExchange community, built the first-ever interface between Salesforce and ExactTarget, and has deployed hundreds of ExactTarget custom solutions.

Leading the acquisition for Magnet 360, Dan Mallin, co-founder and Managing Partner says, “This was a very thoughtful process on both sides, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. ADC is well-aligned to Magnet 360’s capabilities, culture, and vision, and we are excited to see our West Coast leadership and client services expanded as a result of our combination.”

The collective entity will operate as Magnet 360, with Josh Holtzman, founder of ADC, leading as Managing Director for Magnet 360’s western region, inclusive of both Los Angeles and San Francisco. “Joining forces with Magnet 360 allows us to provide the quality of services our clients have come to expect, on a larger scale, and with a greater depth of resources,” explains Holtzman. “Together, we can deliver solutions across the Salesforce platform, backed by professional resources across the country.”
