If you’ve been following Magnet 360’s recent growth, you’ve already noticed plenty of headlines, the most recent being our expansion into Europe. There’s undoubtedly been plenty of key events to celebrate, and each is a reminder to reflect on the asset which has enabled us to achieve this success in the first place—our people. We’ve had new Rockstars join us in each of our departments, providing the additional capacity needed to continue along this exciting trend of growth. Today, we focus on the team that is increasing our reach, and allowing us to bring solutions to more customers than ever before. Meet our newest sales Rockstars!

What did you do prior to joining Magnet 360?
Prior to joining Magnet 360, I was with two smaller startups in the SaaS industry, though I spent the bulk of my career as a Software Sales Executive at IBM. I have led large software deals with customers around the world, and most recently was assigned to IBM Europe as the Director of Enterprise Software Sales.

What was your first impression of Magnet 360?
My first impression was that it was all too good to be true. A place with a positive supportive culture, with a great relationship with Salesforce, a great track record for delivery, and more opportunity than we can handle. But everyone I have spoken to has validated that impression… though it appears to be too good to be true, it actually is.

What type of experience do you have with CRM and Salesforce?
I only had direct experience with Salesforce as a CRM—I was not a member of the ecosystem. However, I had followed the company since the beginning, and have long believed that Salesforce is the biggest threat to all traditional software companies.

What are you most excited about going forward with the Magnet 360 sales team?
I’m most excited about the growth opportunities that we have in the East and West markets, where we’ve only just scratched the surface, in my opinion.

What did you do prior to joining Magnet 360?
Nearly all of my career has been in enterprise solution sales both on the consulting and software sides. In recent years, I have been focused on helping companies establish business performance management and analytic solutions to control and drive profitability.

What was your first impression of Magnet 360?
I knew a lot of people around a current sales leader at Magnet 360—in fact we had quite a number of connections on LinkedIn. A while back I noticed that he made this move to Magnet 360. I knew of him as a career enterprise sales VP, and I figured that if he was coming to this organization then there must be something special about it! Having worked for all different sizes of companies in the enterprise software solution space I immediately noticed a difference here; Magnet 360 is an outstandingly well-run company with a great culture that truly creates value for our customers and partners.

What type of experience do you have with CRM and Salesforce?
I’ve spent eight plus years in CRM consulting and am very pleased to be once again focused on the solution delivery side of CRM solutions! Perhaps unlike many business development professionals, I have years of solution delivery experience as a project manager, then a consulting director for “first generation” CRM companies. In addition, during part of my time at Oracle I ran a business development group for their CRM global solutions team. I continue to learn more about the power of Salesforce and cross-cloud solutions everyday.

What are you most excited about going forward with the Magnet 360 sales team?
Quite a bit. The first is the whole dynamic of the Salesforce ecosystem. It’s the convergence of so many things…changing customer channels, the explosion of big data, using analytics to understand the massive amount of data, mobile, social media, IoT, and more. There are a lot of changing needs among customers and the innovation that Salesforce and Magnet 360 can deliver represents an outstanding market opportunity. I’ve always been focused on helping businesses improve the way they do things and I look forward to leveraging my background in CRM, analytics, and enterprise solutions to the advantage of Magnet 360 customers.

What did you do prior to joining Magnet 360?
Before coming to Magnet 360, I spent 11 years in healthcare IT. Most recently, I worked for over five years with Allscripts Healthcare as a Senior Regional Sales Executive selling healthcare software and consulting services to hospitals and physician practices.

What was your first impression of Magnet 360?
I first heard about Magnet 360 via LinkedIn and was actually contacted by the talent acquisition team. From there I did some research and spoke to some colleagues who were familiar with Magnet 360. I was very impressed with their track record and reputation in the market.

What type of experience do you have with CRM and Salesforce?
I have been a Salesforce end user for the majority of my career and know it is invaluable to my success as a sales professional.

What are you most excited about going forward with the Magnet 360 sales team?
I am most excited by the fact that Salesforce is growing by leaps and bounds. We get to work with some of the most fascinating companies in the world and everyday we have the opportunity to deliver a world-class experience for our clients.

What did you do prior to joining Magnet 360?
Prior to joining Magnet 360, I was a student at the University of Missouri where I received my Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics.

What was your first impression of Magnet 360?
My first impression was they actually practice what they preach in regards to their core values. From day one, everything was Rockin.

What type of experience do you have with CRM and Salesforce?
As a Roadie, and member of the Consulting Analyst team, I attained the 401 Dev, Admin 201, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud certifications.

What are you most excited about going forward with the Magnet 360 sales team?
Going forward, I’m most excited about interacting with clients on a daily basis, all while learning from some of the current Rockin Magnet 360 Account Directors.
