Associate Data Architect/Senior Database Administrator

The DA is critical to the success of our client projects. Solution Architect Lead

The Solution Architect Lead sits at the confluence of many critical responsibilities. First, they continue acting as a solution architect to Magnet 360’s strategic clients. Here, they solve the most complex problems for the most complex companies while operating as true thought leaders. They ensure clients maximize their value and operate three years ahead of their assigned accounts. Second, they assist other Solution Architects on the team.

They will mentor and coach Solution Architects on how to scope business contracts, review estimates, and incorporate feedback as well as handle their own. They are accountable for team targets, reviewing processes or tools to make us more effective as an organization, and identifying areas for innovation by industry and/or technology.

They are part of the Innovative Solutions team which is a cohort of thought leaders and visionaries with deep Salesforce expertise. Solution Architects bring depth and breadth to technical sales calls, as Magnet 360’s front line in establishing client trust and credibility from the beginning of the sales process to the delivery of the project. They are client advisors entrusted with ensuring our clients’ success both near-term and into the future. Capable of broaching business and technical landscapes, anticipating needs or outcomes, and consulting both Magnet 360’s project team and client on best practices and vision.

Additionally, the Innovative Solutions team serves as the thought leadership area. Working in collaboration with all other teams inside Magnet 360, Solution Architects identify opportunities to create accelerators, define and envision solutions that can address market needs while anticipating change. They generally represent the group tasked with “thinking big”.
