The Account Director works as a member of the Mindtree, (Magnet 360 parent company) liaison sales team and is responsible for achieving pipeline and sales goals, while also acting as a strategic leader accountable for driving successful customer outcomes. This position involves understanding the Mindtree relationship, organization, and opens new doors and manages new account relationships. This role is expected to develop clear account plans to generate long-lasting customer relationships that deliver business results. Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for Magnet 360 accounts as assigned; including prospecting, leadership, visioning, selling, planning, and documentation. This position acts as a liaison between the client and the company, including our delivery and management teams. The Account Manager strives to respond to customer needs, provide strategic solutions, grow revenue and set expectations so that our client delivery teams can succeed. Typically, their clients and prospects will be assigned by their Sales Vice President.

The Account Manager will have two sets of accounts as assigned: accounts that will be owned, managed and coached as outlined above and accounts to prospect that are assigned to Account Directors, with the goal of finding opportunities. The Account Manager will work at the direction of the Account Director on these accounts throughout the initial sales cycle on the initial opportunity. Accounts in this category will be assigned by the Sales Vice President.
