The Account Director works as a member of the Mindtree, (Magnet 360 parent company) liaison sales team and is responsible for achieving pipeline and sales goals, while also acting as a strategic leader accountable for driving successful customer outcomes. This position involves understanding the Mindtree relationship, organization, and opens new doors and manages new account relationships. This role is expected to develop clear account plans to generate long-lasting customer relationships that deliver business results. This individual has a solutions and/or technology background and feels at home in sales role.

This high performing team leverages the Salesforce technology and platform to help clients transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities. The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for being a team lead for onshore and offshore QA & Test engineering team members. The QA Lead will lead the application of core test methodologies on client projects to enable Quality.
