Magnet360: How long have you worked for Magnet360?

[Brittney Boys]: 5 years
[Carrie Knowles]:
I have been with Magnet360 going on 5 years
[Chris Gregory]: 8 Years
[Heidi Miller]: Since October 2016
[John Michniak]: 2.5 fun and rewarding years!
[Kelley Daly]: June 2018
[Lynne Leaf]: Almost 11 months.
[Natalie Breon]: 2 years and 3 months
[Sara Ulschmid]: Since July 2018, so only 7 months. Crazy!
[
Sheena Ronnebaum]: 3 Years, 10 Months
[Tina Sherman]: 10 years!

Magnet360: What’s the most rewarding part of being an employee at Magnet360?

[Brittney Boys]: The work life balance
[
Carrie Knowles]:  Hands down the people.
[Chris Gregory]: Outcomes – Seeing the fruit of your labor
[Heidi Miller]: The obvious answer is getting to work with really smart, talented, enthusiastic people each day. But it’s also rewarding getting to come to work and be fully utilized and appreciated—each day is a new adventure and I’m always learning something new!
[John Michniak]: Spending time with crazy-talented colleagues, learning from each other, and watching us all grow.
[Kelley Daly]:Definitely the collaborative spirit of this team. I have gained skills in areas that I had little confidence in before becoming a part of Magnet360.
[Lynne Leaf]: The collaboration I experience every single day working cross-functionally across Magnet360.  We have some of the most dedicated employees I’ve ever seen.
[Natalie Breon]: Witnessing how we truly transform the way our customers are doing business, and creating relationship with my peers that will last a lifetime.
[Sara Ulschmid]: I really like the collaboration that happens amongst our teams when we’re working on events. There are many creative minds here and it’s great to see ideas start as a tiny seed and grow into something amazing. We push each other to make memorable experiences for our teammates, clients and partners that attend the events.
[Sheena Ronnebaum]: The wonderful people that I get to work with every day!
[Tina Sherman]: I am genuinely astounded by our culture and our people every day. Brilliant, collaborative people with a strong commitment to doing great work for clients. I feel honored to be among them.

Magnet360: What keeps you busy when you’re not at work?

[Brittney Boys]: My two-year-old little guy, he never stops moving
[Carrie Knowles]:
My family – my 3 boys and ALL of their activities
[Chris Gregory]: Family, Billiards, Motorsports, Gadgets
[Heidi Miller]: I like hanging out with my fiancé, Don and our mini zoo—2 dramatic basset hounds and 3 senior cats. I love reading, gardening, discovering new music, and enjoying the arts and cultural scene that the Twin Cities has to offer. I also teach in MCAD’s Masters of Graphic and Web Design program; I love instilling creative confidence in future design leaders!
[John Michniak]: Climbing/bouldering, BJJ, hiking and camping, BWCA canoeing trips, nature photography, pets.
[Kelley Daly]:I like to start my day with a workout, so every day before work I hit the gym. Exercise is a big part of my daily routine.
[Lynne Leaf]: When I’m not at Magnet360, I like to read, spend time with my husband and dog George, work out, shop, try new restaurants and increase my knowledge of good wine.
[Natalie Breon]: I like working out, swimming in lakes, drinking Crystal Light, and going to concerts.
[Sara Ulschmid]: I’m really into working on my green thumb lately. Seems weird since it’s winter but I’m already planning my garden at my new place. When I’m not doing that, I’m hanging out with friends or at the dog park.
[
Sheena Ronnebaum]: Composing Music, Family, my dog and two cats 😊
[Tina Sherman]: Family, travel, and my two dogs– Lily and Jack.

Magnet360: What was your favorite part from the Dreamforce experience?

[Brittney Boys]: Seeing all my co-workers from other cities who I don’t get to see as often
[Carrie Knowles]: Mixing and mingling with clients and our Salesforce partners and watching all of that good stuff culminate in opportunities back to the business with direct results.
[Chris Gregory]: Each year coming back and hearing from the participants that it was a success
[Heidi Miller]: My favorite part is watching the expert thinking and collaboration that happens in the planning stages. We all work together to make our clients’ and partners’ Dreamforce experience that much more memorable and worthwhile.
[John Michniak]: The kickoff meeting, it was great being able to put faces to names, and see just how big our Dream Team has grown (we needed a drone shot to include everyone!)
[Kelley Daly]:My favorite part of the Dreamforce experience is being a part of such an accomplished and first-rate team and having an impact on such a huge endeavor.
[Lynne Leaf]: Bar none it has to be the teamwork.  If you read the text string we had for all of the event staff (where we communicated with one another to make sure absolutely everything was covered) – the way everyone pulled together to make Dreamforce a great experience for our partners and clients was extraordinary.
[Natalie Breon]: The out of this world content sessions ;), getting to work with and spend time with Magnetic Minds I don’t usually work with, and throwing the best Dreamforce experience for our customers and partners.
[Sara Ulschmid]: Dreamforce Elite Experience – the biggest event we put on – was the best! Last year’s theme was an ode to the 80s. Matt Meents, Magnet360 CEO, and George Gallegos, Jitterbit (co-sponsor) CEO, got on stage to introduce the band – while wearing huge hair metal wigs. They threw fanny packs into the crowd, Oprah-style, and said, “JT might be bringing sexy back, but we’re bringing FANNY PACKS back!!!!” LOL Then the place exploded in rock and roll! It was grand!
[Sheena Ronnebaum]: This was my first year going to Dreamforce, so everything was a completely new experience for me. I’m very impressed on how smoothly everything ran with how much work goes into it!
[Tina Sherman]: Honestly my favorite part was watching our team execute flawlessly at every turn. It’s a crazy week with so many events, sessions and details, not to mention the non-stop meetings. Our amazing team really killed it at every turn.

Magnet360: If you could take the whole company out to one type of music event, what/who would it be?

[Brittney Boys]: Life is Beautiful festival in Las Vegas
[Carrie Knowles]:  I would love to see a line-up of Charlie Puth, Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, and Bruno Mars all at one MEGA event.
[Chris Gregory]: The Electric Forest Festival
[Heidi Miller]: I’d go back to the ’90s and take everyone to Lillith Fair. Magnet360 is a great place for women to lead, and I feel like that would be a special ode to the equality we offer in the workplace. Either that, or a concert where I could watch Matt Meents pull out the air guitar and rock horns!
[John Michniak]: Red Hot Chili Peppers
[Kelley Daly]:
Mat Kearney or Coldplay – Innings Festival Tempe, Arizona
[Lynne Leaf]: I may be a Minneapolis purist/homer, but First Ave is my absolute favorite place to see music.  Bringing back some of the local classic alternative music from The Replacements, The Jayhawks, Semisonic, The Suburbs and some other music from my youth at First Ave would be awesome.
[Natalie Breon]: A concert of the B-52’s playing Love Shack on repeat.
[Sara Ulschmid]: Watching The Magnetics (house band) perform on stage at First Avenue during The Battle MN was already a dream! It’s hard to beat that!! But if I had to pick, I think I’d take the team to a Brandi Carlile show. They listen to me rant and rave about her greatness, so I’d love to show them in person.
[Sheena Ronnebaum]: Woodstock 2019 50th Anniversary!
[Tina Sherman]:  High budget – I’d take them to see a Tedeschi Trucks Band show. Low budget – I’d take them to Cafe Wha in NYC to see the house band.

Thank you Dream Team! Think you’ve got what it takes to be Magnet360’s next Rockstar of the Quarter? Check out our current openings.
