Dual Study- Germany

Full Stack Technical Lead, Managed Services

Functional Architect, Managed Services

The Functional Architect for Managed Services is responsible for strategic marketing consulting, configuration of marketing automation technologies, and creation and presentation of deliverables for clients. This may include current-state audits and analysis, marketing strategy, best practices, visioning and recommendations for marketing programs, and implementation of marketing automation technology. In addition, this Architect will work within the Sales and Service Clouds to enhance client needs.

As part of the Managed Services Group, the Functional Architect is responsible for business process consulting and delivering quality service and solutions to clients by understanding client needs and implementing a solution that provides successful results and outcomes for the client, within the agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLA). This position acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff to ensure the solution meets the client’s business needs and completed to Magnet360’s highest standards.

Salesforce North American Delivery Leader

The Salesforce North American Delivery Leader will be responsible for developing strong relationships with strategic accounts and transforming their business through the Salesforce platform.
