Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager is a key member of the Magnet360 team, responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of projects, driving strategic conversations with clients about their Salesforce possibilities and delivering positive financial results across their client portfolio.  This position partners closely with our internal sales team to drive revenue growth, with our Centers of Excellence team to identify the right minds for each engagement and to assist those minds in career and professional growth and with minds assigned to their projects to drive career and professional growth.

Functional Lead, Salesforce B2C Commerce (Demandware)

The Functional Lead, Salesforce B2C Commerce (Demandware) role will be responsible for working with the Business team to intake, triage, and resolve issues related to the eCommerce Website and Merchandising tasks. This role will work closely with the Business team to define priority and criticality of incoming issues, then route issues to the appropriate escalation team(s) and/or resolve minor configuration tasks. The Functional Consultant will help support the Business team in understanding relative priority of issues and communicating back to the Business Team the expected resolution. In addition, this role will be responsible for identifying patterns of issues and creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Process Workbooks.

Marketing Functional Lead, Contractor

The Marketing Functional Lead is responsible for strategic marketing consulting, configuration of marketing automation technologies, and creation and presentation of deliverables for clients.  This may include current-state audits and analysis, marketing strategy, best practices, visioning and recommendations for marketing programs, and implementation of marketing automation technology.

Purchasing Specialist

Coordination of the Salesforce Practice purchasing life cycle: new vendor onboarding, assistance with contracts, SOW, GTC, simple RFP processing, fulfilment and receipt of vendor invoices.  As well as coordination of paperwork with the finance team for payment for all functional areas in the Salesforce Practice.  Assisting the corporate office to ensure compliance with all procedures, processes, policies, and regulations, and working with global partners.

Technical Lead, Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (Demandware)

At Magnet360, Technical Leads are called upon to deliver best-in-class solutions in and surrounding the Salesforce platform. Salesforce Technical Leads craft both backend and frontend solutions, using development best practices to deliver the best possible solutions and services to meet client needs.  As part of the development group that serves client, a Salesforce Technical Lead will participate in sharing development knowledge across all members as well as working together on large enterprise engagements.

In addition, this position will have a passion for and experience with eCommerce; specifically, the powerful Salesforce B2C Commerce Platforms and related technologies.
