Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager is a key member of the Magnet360 team, responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of projects, driving strategic conversations with clients about their Salesforce possibilities and delivering positive financial results across their client portfolio.  This position partners closely with our internal sales team to drive revenue growth, with our Centers of Excellence team to identify the right minds for each engagement and to assist those minds in career and professional growth and with minds assigned to their projects to drive career and professional growth.

Ellucian Application Architect, Contractor

Magnet360 is looking for an Architect-level qualified contractor who can help evaluate a current customer’s Ellucian suite of products, including Banner, CRM Recruit (hosted on Microsoft Dynamics), Brim, and BEP. The Higher Education Client has an existing customized instance of Banner. Magnet360 will be integrating Salesforce and Banner. The qualified individual will be embedded within the Project Team as a trusted expert on these systems and work alongside other team members, such as a Salesforce Architect, Integration Architect, and Salesforce Administrators.

Functional Lead

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for delivering quality service and solutions to clients by understanding client needs and effectively managing projects to successful results and outcomes for the client. The Project Manager provides project management and leadership by building a strong delivery-focused relationship with the client and delivery team, having detailed knowledge of the project and business objectives, understanding the audience that the solution will be engaging, defining the features needed to engage the audiences and meet project and business objectives and communicating a phased approach to iteratively deliver the solution within project schedule and budget.

Project Operations Lead

The Project Operations Lead is a crucial role at Magnet360 that supports our Support360 Leads. They are accountable to maintaining internal project tools for budgeting and time tracking, scheduling and communicating project meetings and notes as well as general project administration as assigned.

Purchasing Specialist, Contractor

Coordination of the Salesforce Practice purchasing life cycle: new vendor onboarding, assistance with contracts, SOW, GTC, simple RFP processing, fulfilment and receipt of vendor invoices.  As well as coordination of paperwork with the finance team for payment for all functional areas in the Salesforce Practice.  Assisting the corporate office to ensure compliance with all procedures, processes, policies, and regulations, and working with global partners.

Salesforce Sales/Solutions Partner for High Tech and Media Industry Vertical in North America

The Salesforce Sales/Solution Partner for High Tech and Media Vertical in North America is critical to the growth of the Salesforce practice in leading key accounts expansion with Salesforce services and supporting net new sales team. The Salesforce Sales/Solution should have experience in High Tech and Media Industry. 

In addition, the Salesforce Sales/Solution Partner for High Tech and Media Vertical in North America will need to establish themselves as a Salesforce services trusted advisor with Mindtree client partners/account managers and the client that includes understanding the broader concepts of Salesforce strategy, cross cloud implementations and managed services (plan, grow and run). (Ex: design thinking/strategy, program management, managed services and salesforce cloud implementations for sales, service, marketing and data integrations).

Technical Lead, Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (Demandware)

At Magnet360, Technical Leads are called upon to deliver best-in-class solutions in and surrounding the Salesforce platform. Salesforce Technical Leads craft both backend and frontend solutions, using development best practices to deliver the best possible solutions and services to meet client needs.  As part of the development group that serves client, a Salesforce Technical Lead will participate in sharing development knowledge across all members as well as working together on large enterprise engagements.

Summer Internship

At Magnet360 you’re not an intern, you’re a Roadie, be a part of the Band! Our Summer Roadie class starts in June and is an eight – ten week paid program designed to give exposure to our company and business.The position will provide exposure and training to many areas of our company and business. The Roadie will also be involved in a relevant project and will make a presentation during the last week of the program.Typical Roadie internship positions are: Developer, User Experience (UX), Business Analyst, Marketing Analyst and Marketing Production (focus on design + graphic arts). Other departments and experiences are possible, including but not limited to Marketing Technology, Marketing Analysis, Innovation and Design, Business Analysis, Application Managed Services and Quality Assurance.Ideal candidates for these internships will be entrepreneurial, comfortable working in Microsoft Office, have a passion and readiness to learn and use new tools and systems. They will demonstrate exceptional marketing and communication skills and will most likely be studying towards a degree in Computer Science, Technical Design, Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Engineering or a similar area of study.
