POSITION OVERVIEW

The Campaign Operations Manager is responsible for managing a cross-functional team focused on campaign management.  This position reports to the Manager of Marketing Consulting Services, which falls under the greater Functional Architecture team. Through leadership and management skills, marketing automation and campaign management expertise, this manager will be responsible for ensuring we provide best in class Campaign Operations services to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team focused on delivering marketing automation campaign management to clients
  • Lead support throughout the organization for Marketing Automation and Campaign Operations
  • Attract, motivate and build high caliber talent across the team
  • Foster a collaborative, cross functional culture of teamwork throughout the group
  • Provide strategic oversight and coaching for the Campaign Operations team
  • Serve as an escalation point for project risks and issues
  • Drive process consistency to ensure client and Magnet360 success
  • Monitor key engagement metrics (profitability, customer satisfaction, staff utilization, forecasting accuracy) to continually evolve the campaign operations offering
  • Define, maintain, and evolve frameworks and processes used to run Magnet360’s engagements
  • Assist sales with approach and estimates for prospective engagements
  • Manage email execution process and client relationships

 

ACTIVITIES AND SKILLS TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and visual) with the ability to interface with clients and internal team members at all levels (executive to staff)
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with clients and internal team members at all levels
  • Possess extensive experience and judgment in planning for and accomplishing goals
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot experience and certifications
  • Marketing Agency experience preferred
  • 8+ years business and business technology experience
  • 6+ years consulting/professional services experience
  • 4+ years hands on application with email marketing
  • 4+ years people management experience (coaching, training mentoring, and support)
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to travel required (estimated 30%)
