POSITION OVERVIEW

The Functional Lead, Field Service Lightning role is responsible for driving business process consulting best practices that align to defining both project and future roadmap objectives. In this role, you will be the lead functional resource leading a team implementing and delivering Field Service Lightning solutions that provide successful results and outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Configuration and solution design of Field Service Lightning capabilities, with a deep understanding of the object model, security capabilities and optimization
  • Able to communicate the declarative and custom solution options for Field Service Lightning, with the ability to write technical requirements for internal developers as required.
  • Able to communicate industry best practices and align with the client goals.
  • Develop a shared understanding across client and internal teams of business stakeholder requirements and translate those requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories
  • Consult on and speak to data integrations and technical dependencies
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories
  • Propose solutions to clients and prospects by articulating approach and strategy as it directly relates to meeting project and business objectives
  • Act as the functional lead responsible for other functional team members and ensuring solution meets clients’ objectives
  • Exceed expectations of the customer by providing a high-quality solutions and service, to create a mutually beneficial outcome
  • Understand the intended audiences for the solution, purpose of engaging these audiences, and validate against objectives and success metrics
  • Provide Professional Services consulting with emphasis on leading sessions on business processes, organizational change management, training and user adoption.
  • Prioritize and work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients and consistently deliver high-quality services
  • Ensure projects achieve their intended results. Bring forward recommendations to achieve even greater results
  • Maintain a billable utilization percentage at or above target
  • Ensure Magnet360 proven process is followed by project team and escalate situations that diverge
  • Communicate any updates of project status and elevate project concerns to Project Lead
  • Provide thought leadership through solutions and recommendations based on forthcoming Salesforce releases
  • Drive soft-sales (up-selling opportunities) or articulate these opportunities to the appropriate channels
  • Define improvements to and maintain Business Consulting Services methods, playbooks, and templates
  • Identify internal and project process improvement opportunities
  • Assist sales team in project scoping as needed

ACTIVITIES AND SKILLS TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • 2+ years of experience with Field Service Lightning and Field Service Mobile
  • 5+ years of Field Service and/or Customer Service domain experience
  • 6+ years consulting/professional services experience
  • 4+ years Salesforce, cross-cloud platform experience
  • Field Service Lightning Certification, or the ability to obtain within a month of joining Magnet360
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual) with the ability to interface with clients and internal team members at all levels (executive to staff)
  • Ability to lead client facing meetings including working sessions, demos, and requirements gathering
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Possess extensive experience and judgment in planning for and accomplishing goals
  • Experience in collaborating with offshore resources preferred
  • Mentor other members of the business consulting team
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially prioritization and management of flexible scope
  • College degree required
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
