POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Operations Lead is a crucial role at Magnet360 that supports our Support360 Leads. They are accountable to maintaining internal project tools for budgeting and time tracking, scheduling and communicating project meetings and notes as well as general project administration as assigned.

  • Minneapolis, MN

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage setup, execution, and closure of projects within administrative systems
  • Collaborate with Resourcing to maintain project team staffing
  • Manage the monthly GMA process for Project Billing
  • Approve weekly timecards and update budget tracking tools
  • Build and maintain Support360 KPI reporting in Salesforce
  • Monitor and assign cases to the assigned support leads that come through the support queue in Salesforce
  • Develop and maintain Support360 training and on boarding Documentation for new employees
  • Assist support leads in various administrative tasks as called upon

ACTIVITIES AND SKILLS TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Offer suggestions for improving current processes
  • Balance multiple projects (20+) at a time
  • Work within and support a fast-paced environment: responding with urgency/immediate actions required
  • Coordinate and elevate project issues to team and company leadership to create shared ownership
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Salesforce as a User
