POSITION OVERVIEW

The Salesforce North American Delivery Leader will be responsible for developing strong relationships with strategic accounts and transforming their business through the Salesforce platform. They will provide thought leadership and management to develop the Salesforce practice, including the people management of the overall delivery team. They also will ensure we meet the financial goals for portfolio of projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build strong teams via hiring, development and coaching of existing and new talent
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients resulting in high customer satisfaction, becoming a trusted advisor on how to transform the client’s business via effective use of salesforce and managing customer expectations throughout the delivery process
  • Leveraging partnerships with Sales and Marketing to grow accounts and overall practice
  • Meet financial goals for portfolio of projects, including:
    • Accurate assessment of client needs and estimation of resulting project work
    • Delivery of projects, meeting goals for costs, scope, scheduling, process adherence, risk management
    • Leverage of partners across Mindtree including strategy, sales, delivery partners within the Salesforce practice and within the broader Mindtree organization in order to bring forth the best options for client success
    • Staff and deliver projects in the most cost effective and efficient manner
    • Meet goals for team utilization and development
  • Provide thought leadership in how to grow the overall Salesforce practice, partnering with other delivery leaders and members of the Salesforce executive team

ACTIVITIES AND SKILLS TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Minimum 5 years consulting experience managing portfolios of $40M+
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading cross geography teams of 250 people or more
  • Minimum 3 years Salesforce experience, multi-cloud experience a plus
  • Complex enterprise technology implementation experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Salesforce certifications preferred
  • Minneapolis is preferred location, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles or remote will also be considered
