Salesforce Sales/Solutions Partner for Retail, CPG & Manufacturing Vertical in North America

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Salesforce Sales/Solution Partner for Retail, CPG and Manufacturing Vertical in North America is critical to the growth of the Salesforce practice in leading key accounts expansion with Salesforce services and supporting net new sales team. The Salesforce Sales/Solution should have experience in Retail, CPG and Manufacturing.

In addition, the Salesforce Sales/Solution Partner for Retail, CPG and Manufacturing Vertical in North America will need to establish themselves as a Salesforce services trusted advisor with Mindtree client partners/account managers and the client that includes understanding the broader concepts of Salesforce strategy, cross cloud implementations and managed services (plan, grow and run). (Ex: design thinking/strategy, program management, managed services and salesforce cloud implementations for sales, service, marketing and data integrations).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with our Sales teams and Salesforce AEs to grow accounts and deals with Salesforce services
  • Partner with the Pre-Sales / CoE teams in conceptualizing the solution & estimates
  • Help develop and execute the Sales strategy and plan to grow the Salesforce practice for RCM industry group
  • Report and communicate to Salesforce and IG leadership on opportunities and challenges
  • Manage a book of business by tracking progress on account revenue growth, margin and CSAT scores
  • Drive GTM IG Salesforce strategy and execution for North America
  • Support & Lead sales pursuits
  • Manage customer relationships with key accounts
  • Internal evangelization of Salesforce Services across Mindtree service lines and Industry teams

 

ACTIVITIES AND SKILLS TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • 8-10 years within business and technology consulting services (with majority of experience and focus around Salesforce advisory and technology services)
  • Experience of multi-cloud Salesforce implementations – preferably in one of more Salesforce clouds – Sales, Service, Commerce (B2B / B2C), Marketing Automation (Pardot / Exact Target) & Mulesoft
  • Nice to have – Enterprise Knowledge and experience with other technology platforms – in and around CRM
  • Prior experience of Pre-Sales – Estimation and Solutioning
  • Have personally carried booking / revenue targets
  • Must have worked with consultancy firms and would consider organizations of similar size as Mindtree
  • Should be serving in a similar role now and MUST have spent the majority of career in a services organization
  • Consulting sales approach to opportunities
  • Sales strategy & execution for Salesforce services organization
  • Strong sales experience built on solid technical and sales background
  • Strong relationship building experience at senior level executives with business and technology leaders
  • Understand the challenges and opportunities within the Industry
  • Experience addressing these issues with Salesforce solutions
  • Strong exposure to the business and technology concepts of the Salesforce ecosystem such as Customer Relationship Management, Customer 360, Connected Commerce, Intelligent Customer Service, Self-service, Omni-channel Experience, Predictive analytics, Grow the Subscriber Relations (media) and etc
